Overview
At Turkish Country School, spiritual growth and moral development are at the heart of education. Our Islamic Studies Program guides students in understanding Islamic teachings while building character, ethical awareness, and social responsibility.
Students engage in daily Quranic lessons, Tajweed, Hadith, Seerah, Fiqh, and practical Islamic principles. Hifz and Duas are emphasized, helping children memorize and apply Quranic teachings in their daily lives. The program also incorporates lessons on Akhlaq (character) and Adab (manners), encouraging students to practice kindness, honesty, and respect in all interactions.
Learning is interactive and engaging, using storytelling, role-playing, and multimedia tools. Students participate in Quran competitions, Naat recitations, and Islamic quizzes, which foster a love for faith-based learning. Community service projects and ethical exercises allow students to apply their knowledge in real-world settings, preparing them to become responsible, compassionate, and ethically grounded citizens.
