Overview
At Turkish Country School, we believe physical education is as vital as academics. Our Sports Activities Program promotes fitness, resilience, and teamwork in a fun yet structured environment. Students engage in activities designed to enhance both physical abilities and personal growth, building confidence, discipline, and healthy habits from an early age.
Students participate in football, basketball, cricket, volleyball, badminton, athletics, swimming, and table tennis, along with specialized programs like yoga, strength training, and fitness drills. This variety ensures that every child discovers a sport they enjoy while developing endurance, agility, and coordination.
All activities are guided by professional coaches and PE experts, who focus on proper techniques, injury prevention, and sportsmanship. Students also learn about nutrition, goal setting, handling wins and losses, and developing leadership skills through competitions. Annual Sports Days, Inter-House Competitions, and Inter-School Tournaments provide practical platforms to apply these lessons and build confidence.
Our campus features modern sports facilities, including indoor gyms, outdoor fields, and a dedicated sports arena, offering the perfect environment for students to pursue athletic excellence and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
